What is a Advanced Fuel Fuel Additive Technology ?
EcoTek-1 is a patent pending combination of high-quality, scientifically created esterfied compounds based on a proprietary manufacturing method blended with our patent pending combustion chamber catalyst. Since most internal combustion engines (ICE) burn fuel at a rate of more than 99% efficiency, claims of improving combustion alone are essentially meaningless. However, the greatest loss in the efficiency of an ICE is the loss of heat that drives the piston. Experts in the combustion field say that heat recovery is the only practical way to improve gas mileage on a modern engine. Our product is both a fuel AND combustion chamber treatment that conditions the setting where fuel combustion occurs so that the process uses more of the heat generated by combustion.
How does EcoTek-1 work? When EcoTek-1 is added to the fuel tank, the fuel carries it to the combustion chamber. Its ingredients are used to treat the metal surfaces by forming a film that is technically called thermally derived oxidation. The carboxylic metal creates an oxide residue on the hot surfaces at the time of combustion. This process can be compared to the scorching of a pan when cooking. When overheated, the food residue forms a layer on the pan when it is oxidized; leaving a film even after being scrubbed that discolors the pan and appears to permeate the pores of the metal.
Inside an engine cylinder, small amounts of material provided by EcoTek-1 oxidize in high temperatures, rapidly producing a thin layer of film on the cylinder walls, the piston face, and the fire deck that provide several benefits.
First of all, EcoTek-1 enhances the surface heat absorption characteristics of the metal. The fuel and air mixture produces energy in the form of heat that creates expansion that drives the piston down, and the film inhibits the transfer of radiant heat. This directly results in higher combustion temperature, greater expansion, and more power.
The second benefit the EcoTek-1 film provides is a polished surface effect that allows more even distribution of the fuel. It can be compared to the beading of water on a polished paint job. The micro film attracts the liquid fuel resulting in better fuel distribution that shapes the charge to yield more power.The third benefit of the film is by serving as a catalyst precursor to react with the catalyst component in EcoTek-1 itself. The active compounds of EcoTek-1 in combination with the heat in the cylinder cause a catalytic reaction that promotes better disassociation of chemicals and better burn. The catalytic reaction is also exothermic and produces heat. Altogether, these three benefits result in a total of 30 to 40% more expansion in the cylinder with an equal amount of fuel.What is an Ester?
In the simplest terms, esters can be defined as the reaction products of acids and alcohols. Thousands of different kinds of esters are commercially produced for a broad range of applications. Within the realm of synthetic lubrication, a relatively small but still substantial family of esters have been found to be very useful in severe environment applications. Ester Chemistry
Esters have been used successfully in lubrication for more than 50 years and are the preferred stock in many severe applications where their benefits solve problems or bring value. For example, esters have been used exclusively in jet engine lubricants worldwide for over 40 years due to their unique combination of low temperature flowability with clean high temperature operation. Esters are also the preferred stock in the new synthetic refrigeration lubricants used with CFC replacement refrigerants. In automotive applications, the first qualified synthetic crankcase motor oils were based entirely on esters and these products were quite successful when properly formulated.
The polarity of the ester molecules causes them to be attracted to one another and this intermolecular attraction requires more energy (heat) for the esters to transfer from a liquid to a gaseous state. At a given molecular weight or viscosity, the esters will exhibit a lower vapor pressure which translates into a higher flash point and a lower rate of evaporation for the lubricant. In general, the more ester linkages in a specific ester, the higher its flash point and the lower its volatility.
Polarity also causes the ester molecules to be attracted to positively charged metal surfaces. The result is a stronger film which translates into higher lubricity and lower energy consumption in lubricant applications. The polar nature of esters also makes them good solvents and dispersants. This allows the esters cleaner operation and improved additive solubility in the final lubricant. While stable against oxidative and thermal breakdown, the ester linkage provides a vulnerable site for microbes to begin their work of biodegrading the ester molecule. ester lubricants are more environmentally friendly products to be formulated.

Diatomaceous Earth - Household Uses:  Metal Cleaner: Make a paste with Diatomaceous Earth and water to make a metal polish. Diatomaceous Earth also makes a very inexpensive soft scrub for the shower, sink and faucets.  Face Mask and Cleanser: Mix Diatomaceous Earth and water together until you have made a paste. Apply to the face with circular scrubbing motion until face is fully covered. Leave on face for approx. 2 min. and then wash off with warm water. Your face will be fully exfoliated and toned for pennies!!! Mix Diatomaceous Earth with your favorite cleanser and you will have cleaner, smoother skin.  Teeth Cleaner: Sprinkle a small amount on your favorite brand of toothpaste and brush as you normally would. You will notice that your teeth look and feel "Just went to the Dentist" Clean.  Household Pests: Use Diatomaceous Earth for control of roaches, silverfish, ants, bedbugs, flies, fleas, box elder bugs, scorpions, crickets, and many other insects. Refrigerator/Freezer Odors: Diatomaceous Earth can be used in the same way as baking soda to banish odors. Leave an open box or jar of DE in the refrigerator and freezer. Replace with fresh DE every week or so.  Foot Odor: For fresh smelling footware, place some DE into the ends of two knee high nylon stockings and tie a knot the top. Place the stockings inside shoes or boots. Leave until used again.  Carpet Stains: To remove stains from carpets, cover the stain with DE and lightly work into the stain. Let set for at least 2 hours and vacuum up.  To deodorize a garbage can with DE, sprinkle a cup or so of diatomaceous earth in the bottom of the garbage can.
